Hi booking .com We were booked at great guest house sithankudi main road Pondicherry 4 rooms on 1 st April for 3 nights. Week before we received a confirmation email.however on our arrival after a very long car journey we were told we did not hold any bookings there. Lady at the reception was rude, did not speak English,seemed like a caretaker and shooed us off . Not a very reputation for booking.com. We are extremely disappointed Best wishes. Shanthi Newcombe

I was on an economical tour to Pondicherry so I and my friends had booked this hotel for it's affordable price and convenient location. The rooms were spacious but basic. The amenities were limited. The bed wasn't very comfortable but at the price that the room was offered, one can't complaint. The washroom was clean and in working condition.

Located near the new bus stand and only 8-10 mins drive from white town/ashram area. We stayed in the triple room. Good price for the location. Room was clean, A/C worked well. We booked for one night and arrived at 6AM (as soon as our bus got into the city) so the proprietor asked us to vacate the room the next day at 6AM but was willing to hold on to our bags for the day. Wi-Fi didn't work in our room as it was the farthest from the reception.

Located at hot of the city, mainly its need and very clean rooms, as well located at the main area, value for money, need and clean toilets we refer definitely to known people, thanks a lot for the best hospitality provided by great guest house
